Everyone has a story. Each story is unique. A life story begins from childhood and is created into adulthood. Every person also has a unique “why.” Bess wants to hear her clients’ stories so she can help achieve the “why.” For more than a decade, Bess has been helping to positively shift the purchasing and selling of real estate from simple transactions to relationships.
For Bess, being a realtor is more than a real estate deal. She guides clients through the process of buying and selling a home in such a way that the experience is both interesting and fun. The best transactions are those in which a client feels seen and heard, that their time and story has value, and that their interests and goals are the top priority. Bess not only has the capacity to connect with clients on a real level, but she has learned how to best utilize her life chapters to anticipate transaction speed bumps and guide her clients to the best results.
“Real estate was just a natural fit for me,” says Bess. “My family watched This Old House, and then we lived the show by rehabbing our own home.” Along the way, Bess also volunteered in other countries to build transitional housing. “I’ve been involved in residential construction in some form since childhood. I have also been blessed with depth and color throughout my life. My passion is to leverage my experiences to help clients realize their ideal space so that they are one step closer to achieving their desired life.”
In no particular order, Bess is an avid runner, cook (she is a two-time salsa cookoff champion), volunteer, mom, aunt, sister, daughter, cancer survivor and widow. “I have been blessed with a background that enables me to bring a unique perspective and skillset to my clients.”
There’s no question that practicing real estate is a dynamic endeavor.
